Operation platform-1 setPlatform frame is constructed entirely of stainless steel with a stainless diamond plate deck. A stainless watertight electronics enclosure is mounted to the back of the platform. Stairs are constructed of stainless steel diamond plate deck material. Safety rail is constructed of stainless steel tube.

I will show you the specific procedures.
1.Malt is ground in the grain mill.
2.The milled grains are tranported with bags to mash kettle.
3.The grist is manually introduced through the access hatch.
4.In the mash tun the grist is mixed with brewing water from hot water tank to form the mash.
5.In the lauter tun the dissolved liquid extract(wort) is separated from the solids(spent grains)
5a.The wort gravitates to the kettle.
5b.Spent grains remain in the lauter tun.
6.Brew kettle is used for wort boiling(roughly 90 min hours at 100ºC)
7.With the hydrometer the brewmaster checks the gravity of wort.
8.Whirlpooling is created by circulating the wort. Solids sediment in the middle centripetal force.
9.The cold wort is pumped through a hose from the heat exchanger to the fermentatio tank(in the fermentation cellar) via the brew house pump.
10.The wort ferments in the fermentation tank(primary fermentation)
11.Once the primary fermentation is completed, the green beer is pumped via a transportable pump from the fermentation tank to the serving tank.
12.The green beer matures in the serving tank.
13.After the ageing process the beer can be served directly from this tank.
